Hi my name is Elaine. I’m the Head Nurse for both Broadbeach and Upper Coomera.
I qualified as a Registered Nurse in Scotland in 1993.
My background was initially in Orthopaedics. I have worked in General Practice both in Scotland and since arriving in Australia in 2010.
I joined the Haan Health Team in September 2018.
I absolutely love my job here. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and the quality of patient care is the best I’ve ever seen.
I have extensive experience in Chronic Disease Management, Wound Care, Child Health & Immunisations, Women’s Health and i am also a trained Pap Smear Provider.
My greatest pleasure in my job is making a difference & helping patients on their journey to better health & happiness. My motto is “our health is our wealth” I’ll greet you with a warm smile, or a hug, or both.
In my spare time i love to cycle at the beach or walk my dog. Spending as much time as possible with the kids & friends enjoying a nice coffee or Acai bowl
Hi my name is Naomi, I started working with Haan in February 2020 and love working with a family that focuses on patient centred care and providing the best quality of care to the patient.
I started off working as an AIN for 4 years in Aged Care before completing my Diploma in Nursing. I worked as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse for a few months before travelling over to America for a year to be a Au pair.
I recently graduated from Griffith University as a Registered Nurse in December 2019 as nursing is a passion of mine.
My nursing background is mostly Aged Care; however, I have fallen in love with General Practice and hope to continue and develop my skills in this area.
I have a love for caring for others and being able to provide care and assistance where needed in the people’s lives.
For fun I enjoy spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors and baking.
Hi my name is Leanne. I’m an endorsed enrolled nurse with a passion for primary health.
I have studied General Practice Nursing through APNA (Australian Practice Nurse Association). I hold many general practice nursing certificates and have over 6 years of general practice nursing experience, so when you visit Haan you can rest assured you will be well cared for.
When I’m not at work. I am a mother of four and a grandmother of four. I love spending time with my family and doing craft in my spare time.

I am an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse as of late 2020 when I graduated my Diploma of Nursing. I am also currently studying my Bachelors of Nursing and determined to complete the course in September 2023, to become a Registered Nurse.
After achieving my Diploma, I worked in the Aged Care field as an agency nurse, took a short break from nursing, then moved to work with HAAN Health.
I started working for the HAAN Health Team in September 2021 and have already learnt so much working alongside HAAN’s amazing health professionals.
I aim to make people the most comfortable when it comes to talking about their health whilst, improving ones quality of life. They are two of the many values of why I started nursing.
I love talking and having a good laugh! I’ve also been told I have quite a bubbly personality.
In my spare time I love to stay active by going to the gym, but I also love to eat and will never say no to a brunch!

As an enrolled nurse with endorsement, I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing at CQU University. I joined the Haan family in April 2021.
I consider myself extremely fortunate to be a member of the beautiful Haan family because we have a fantastic team of doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel at Haan.
With seven years of experience prior working in a private hospital on the Gold Coast working on the General Medical and Oncology ward, I have become quite fond and have found a new passion within the nursing field through General Practice.,
I am skilled in the management of chronic diseases, wound care, assisting with skin procedures, IV endorsed, and childhood immunizations.
I am passionate about providing the best care possible to people of all ages and phases of life.
No matter how small or significant the changes, I always try to make a difference in people’s lives. I continually work to make a difference in people’s lives.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my three amazing children and friends and explore all that the Gold Coast has to offer.
